Our mission is to explore the diverse ways in which reality is perceived, constructed, and understood—bridging neuroscience, chemistry, philosophy, psychology, art, and lived experience. We believe that investigating reality is not just an intellectual pursuit but a deeply personal and transformative journey. Whether through scientific exploration, contemplative practices, or artistic expression, we aim to support individuals in expanding their awareness, challenging assumptions, and deepening their connection to themselves and the world around them.

Join the Point Reyes Reality Investigation Center as we host the second High Castle Dinner Club of 2026 with special guest, Rudy Rucker.
The second High Castle Dinner Club of 2026 is here! Please join our special guest, science fiction author, mathematician, computer scientist, and cyberpunk legend Rudy Rucker on Friday, June 26th for a free dinner at the new Bar Auklet in Point Reyes Station.
Rudy was the first winner of the now annual Philip K. Dick award in 1983 (and then won again in 1989). Rudy's "Ware Tetralogy" (Software [1982], Wetware [1988], Freeware [1997] and Realware [2000]) is a canonical work of science fiction, featuring robots, genetic engineering, computer consciousness, civil war, and more!
Hear Rudy's thoughts on AI, life in late capitalism, and anything else his big, squishy brain wants to talk about.
